We do not sell or share leads' phone numbers, or any other personal information, with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@ascentpkv.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Access and deletion. Email contact@ascentpkv.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we are required to retain.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at contact@ascentpkv.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
