Program description

Ascent Peak Ventures uses SMS text messaging to communicate with property owners and clients who have contacted us or provided their mobile number. Messages relate to your property inquiry and our real estate services: confirming appointments, sending reminders, sharing purchase options and documents, and notifying you of schedule updates or important changes. This is a conversational program — a real person from our team is on the other end.

Consent

You consent to receive text messages from Ascent Peak Ventures when you provide your mobile number through a form on this website, by phone, or in writing. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, of receiving an offer, or of submitting any form on this site. Any SMS consent checkbox on our forms is optional and does not affect whether your information is submitted or how we respond.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@ascentpkv.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary based on your conversation with us and the stage of your property inquiry. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Ascent Peak Ventures does not charge for text messages; your wireless carrier may. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is outside our control.

Supported carriers

Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and MVNOs. Carrier participation may change without notice.

Privacy

We do not sell or share leads' phone numbers, or any other personal information, with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
